Laurel Wealth Planning welcomes Katie Then into a new role for the firm: Client Service & Operations Manager.
Katie is a dedicated, experienced client service and operations professional who will ensure we continue to go above and beyond to meet clients’ needs. She will lead our client service team, which prepares documents, completes transactions, and handles scheduling and other administrative tasks. Katie will set our people, procedures and systems up for success to live our values of Fully Reliable and Go the Extra Mile.
In addition to leading the client service team, she will be the primary contact for some clients, acting as their personal banker and following up on tasks after meetings. She will also support our wealth managers, giving them more time to spend with clients.

Katie joins Laurel Wealth Planning after 18 years at a financial advisory firm where she began as an intern and worked her way up through financial planner positions, ending as a financial planning manager.
Katie was attracted to this role at Laurel Wealth Planning because she can take on new challenges within the familiar bounds of financial planning.
“I am excited to make things easier for each person here and set us up to anticipate and respond to anything a client may need from us,” said Katie. “I think everyone on the team will be great partners in this journey.”
