Jesse Kuusisto joined LWP as an Associate Wealth Manager in 2017 and was promoted to Wealth Manager in January 2021. He looks forward to an increased capacity for service as he takes on clients of his own and nears his CFP® licensure.
His interest in the profession was sparked during a high school economics course when he participated in a stock market simulation. “The fact that money can go to work for a person was new to me,” he said. “It almost seemed like one way to realize the American dream. I wanted to achieve this for myself and for others.”
Jesse graduated with honors from Augsburg College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance with a minor in Economics. During college, he was a member of the Augsburg College track and field team, serving as team captain in his final season. He was also the Accounting/Finance chair for the Augsburg Business Organization.
As a Wealth Manager, he enjoys being the bridge between people’s personal and financial goals. He sees the magnitude of opportunity that taking an initiative in personal finances can provide. He’s honored to help people take advantage of that opportunity. He strives to gather the data and clearly articulate the options so clients can make the best decisions for themselves.

When he’s not in the office, Jesse often finds himself at the gym in his effort to stay fit. He also spends a lot of free time outside, no matter the season, because he enjoys them all. Jesse keeps up with Minnesota sports teams and especially looks forward to football season.
Jesse is close with his family, especially his twin sister. He has stays connected with school friends and extended family by playing fantasy football together.
